With “Spix Pet Products”, in our general terms and conditions, we refer to Spix Pet Products, of which the office is located in Reningelst, Belgium and located in Reningelst, Disbos 5, 8970 Reningelst, tel.nr: +32478987152, email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Spix Pet Products is enlisted commercially under the name of Spix Pet Products. in chamber of commerce of Kortrijk, VAT-number BE 0830 547 850.
These general terms & conditions are applicable on all legal entities ,with which Spix Pet Products is acting as supplier of goods.
All offers of Spix Pet Products are non-committal. Offers are under the condition of availability. Spix Pet Products has the right to supply comparable products or to cancel the order. Typographical errors are always reserved.
The agreement between Spix Pet Products and the buyer will be established at the moment, the order confirmation is shown on the screen.
Spix Pet Products uses a maximum period of 30 days. After the maximum delivery time of 30 days, you have the right to withdraw without reason
The above delivery times are indicative, but can never be used as final period. Spix Pet Products is never liable for damage as result of the exceeding the maximum delivery time.
Shipping, Invoice and payment methods
Orders are shipped via CheapCargo.
Spix Pet Products confirms your order per e-mail to the email address which has been supplied during the ordering process. In this email, the total amount of the shipment is given. The invoice will be delivered together with the products.
All prices are including VAT for EU shipments and without VAT for shipment outside European Union.
IMPORTANT: If you, for any reason, would like to withdraw from your order, please respond within 24 hours via e-mail or telephone. Spix Pet Products assumes that, when no reaction took place, the order is final.
There are 2 ways of payment:
- Payment by way of pre payment on our bank account nr (IBAN: BE34 8601 1188 0990, BIC: NICABEBB)
- Payment using Paypal (incl VISA/MasterCard/AMEX)
Right of withdrawal
After receiving of the goods, the consumer has the cooling down period of 14 days to return the goods. If the Consumer exercises his right of withdrawal he shall notify Spix Pet Products unambiguously with the standard form for withdrawal within the period of reflection (see appendix I).
The consumer needs to take care of returning the products, properly packed to prevent any damage to the products. In case of a correct claim, Spix Pet Products will, ultimately within 14 days after notification of right of redrawal return the payment, under the condition that the goods gave been received in original condition.
Spix Pet Products handles your personal details with care. This means that Spix Pet Products will never provide this information to others.
Spix Pet Products requests you to fill in your phone number and e-mail address, so that we, in case required, can contact you.
The legal requirements for the protection of personal information as written down in the “Wet Persoonsregistraties/ de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens”, are properly followed by Spix Pet Products. Customers have always the option to look into their own account information, to update it and to delete the information. In case a customer would like to delete their account, we request to send an email to email@example.com with subject: “delete account information”. This is only possible with the use of the email which is connected to the account or with a copy of a legal identification.
Spix Pet Products will store the information as provided by the customer in a file. This information will be used to process the order of the customer.
Your information is stored by Spix Pet Products in an automated system. You can receive notice on a regular basis, e.g. on new products or specials. In that case, you can update your personal account with the option ” receive newsletter” marked.
Guarantee, Not-good-return money and complaints
Of course, Spix Pet Products is taking special effort to complete your order as good as possible.
On all products, as delivered via Spix Pet Products the common legal guarantee rules are applicable.
The customer has the obligation to conduct the delivery properly in order to check whether it is according to the expectation. If this is not the case, Spix Pet Products requests the customer to inform Spix Pet Products as soon as possible, and in any case within 21 days after delivery or when notice of the problem. Spix Pet Products requests proper and written motivation of the problem.
In case the product is not fulfils the agreement, the customer has the option to receive a replacing product or have the payment on the product returned.
By confirming the order, you have agreed to accept the terms and conditions.
Spix Pet Products is not liable for inconsistencies in prices, pictures or texts on the site.
